I want you to be as comfortable as possible. Here are a few suggestions for your very first stretch, yoga or mobility/stability class and hopefully more to come.
Please dress in comfortable, form-fitted clothing, grip socks are preferred but not mandatory.
Also, try not to come on a full stomach but please be hydrated and leave your worries at the door!
To achieve the most optimal experience, you will be required to complete an intake form so your experience can be catered to your special needs. Please click on the link below and complete the intake form prior to your first session.

Assisted stretching not only Increases your ROM but also helps to restore imbalances throughout the body. People often report moving better after the first session and some even experience a reduction in pain. This increases your chances of wanting to maybe try yoga. Yoga enhances this greater ease of movement and incorporates it into a more mind/body experience while also creating strength and balance. Mobility/stability also has the added benefits of strengthening and lengthening muscles using more familiar modalities such as resistance training and other forms of flexibility training in a more integrated fashion further enabling, you to enjoy things you have been putting off or never dreamed you could do again!
Everybody is different and has unique goals. This is another example why "one-size-fits-all" does NOT work. I often hear clients say, "I can't do yoga because I'm not flexible." That couldn't be farther from the truth. I will meet you where you are to get you the results that are unique to you. That's why it's best to start by contacting me directly. We will create an individualized plan using 1, 2 or 3 areas of the Trifecta of Wellness to get you to where you want to go!
Absolutely. Whereas the experience is definitely not the same, I can teach you how to stretch with or without a strap to achieve similar results. Please specify this prior to booking online so we can discuss the options.
